For today's class you are going to work with a partner to determine the effects of climate change on the 4 spheres.
1) Pick a partner...Someone that you can work well with.
2) Go back in your notes and think about what some examples of the 4 spheres of geography are. (IE. Hydrosphere=glaciers, Biosphere= animals)
3) Make a list of as many impacts on the 4 spheres as you can find. (You will find TONS for Hydrosphere and Biosphere)
*When you are looking don't type in things like "Impact of global warming on the biosphere" this WILL NOT be helpful. This is why you made the list in #2. More helpful will be searching something like "Impact of global warming on humans"
*Remember the sites that we looked at yesterday (Specifically the Canadian Geographic one) They will help you find impacts!
*Please use proper scientific sites AND NOT things like ask.com or Yahoo answers. They are not reliable or good sources of information. NOT the kind of sites you should be using in Grade 12. Even something like Wikipedia should be used only sparingly.
